Kiss My Glass (also operating under the brand name Nashterpiece) is a sole-proprietor custom glass art business operated by Michael Nash, located in Canada. We make and sell handcrafted glass art pieces including custom commissions, rolling trays, and portrait work.

• Commission inquiry form: When you fill out the commission form on this website, the form compiles your information and opens your email application or generates a message for you to copy and send. The data is not transmitted to or stored on any server operated by Kiss My Glass. It goes directly from your device to your email or messaging app.
• Direct messages: When you message us on Instagram or Facebook, those platforms receive and store your message according to their own privacy policies. We receive your message through those platforms.
• Email: If you contact us by email, your email provider stores and transmits that information.

• To respond to your inquiry about a commission or a piece for sale
• To design and produce a custom commission that meets your specifications

For commission inquiries that did not result in an order, we retain your information only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry. For completed orders, we may retain records for up to seven (7) years as required by Canadian tax and business records legislation.

When your information is no longer needed, it will be deleted or destroyed in a secure manner.
