Custom work is not complicated. Here's how it goes:
Tell Michael What You're Thinking
Size, colours, theme, occasion, share whatever you have. No idea is too vague to start with. "I want something blue and peaceful for my bathroom" is a completely valid brief.
Review, Refine, Confirm
Michael will sketch a design, share it with you, and adjust until it's right. You approve the design and deposit before any glass is cut. No surprises on either end.
Watch It Come to Life
Progress photos along the way, then careful packaging and delivery when it's done. Standard turnaround: discussed with Michael directly from design approval.

Every piece is priced for what it actually takes to make it, not what an algorithm thinks it should cost.
